one week

today is matthew james ahrendt’s 1 week birthday and heavenversary. he is the son of brad and my best friends. i love this precious little boy more than i can explain, yet i never got to hold him or see him on this earth. he was born the day we arrived in paris. he died shortly after his birth. my heart aches to meet matthew. yet, i am so thankful for the hope that our savior, Jesus Christ, gives me in knowing i will get to meet sweet matthew one day and live for eternity with him and his amazing mommy and daddy. to learn more about this precious baby and his parents please visit my friend’s blog.
