the zielke family came for their annual visit last weekend. at times i felt we had a celebrity visiting with how excited hudson was each time uncle brandon entered the house. it was so sweet to see these two bond. we kept them quite busy during their stay. four of us (you can include hudson if you count riding in a stroller) ran the kids against hunger 5k race, went swimming in the hotel pool, shopped/played at the MOA, celebrated father’s day by getting tickets to the twins/tigers baseball game for the boys (minus brekken), grilled out a few times, and watched hudson fawn after brandon’s every move. so thankful we got to celebrate father’s day with one amazing grandpa/dad/father-in-law. i’m excited for my boys to grow up knowing a God fearing servant as hilarious as him.
